PhoSL-hIgG1 是一种与人 IgG 恒定区融合的、与岩藻糖专一结合的凝聚素(fucose-specific lectin, specifically binding to fucose)，仅与 α1-6 岩藻糖基化的 N-聚糖特异性结合，而不与其他类型的岩藻糖基化的寡糖结合，例如 α1-2-、α1-3- 和 α1-4-岩藻糖基化聚糖。PhoSL与hIgG1 Fc的融合蛋白本身的聚糖中不含任何岩藻糖，从而大大提高了其结合特异性，可用作诊断的优良试剂。PE 标记的 PhosL 是人 IgG1 亚型。
