Rapid Mouse Immunoglobulin Isotyping Kits is a 5-min lateral flow assay with ELISA sensitivity. Acceptable sample types include hybridoma culture supernatant or purified Ig.

While BALB/c mice express IgG2a, some other inbred mouse strains such as C57BL/6, C57BL/10 and NOD do not have the gene for IgG2a and instead express the IgG2c isotype.

Each sealed pouch contains two cassettes.

ISO-M6 Kit detects IgG1, IgG2a and IgG2b in one cassette, and IgM, κ, and λ in the other.

mouse Iso-M8a

ISO-M8a Kit detects 6 Ig heavy chain subtypes and 2 light chain types: IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3 in one cassette, and κ, λ, IgA and IgM in the other.

mouse Iso-M8c

ISO-M8c Kit detects 6 Ig heavy chain subtypes and 2 light chain types (IgG1, IgG2b, IgG2c and IgG3 in one cassette, and κ, λ, IgA and IgM ) in the other.

mouse ISO-M8ac

ISO-M8ac Kit combines the essence of ISO-M8a and ISO-M8c and detects IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG2c in one cassette, and IgG3, IgM, κ and λ in the other.
